How much do you charge for estimates?
Typically, we do not charge for estimates depending on the scope of work that needs to be done. If a charge is warranted, you will be informed prior to us completing any service. In some situations, charges applied towards estimating are deducted from the contract upon signing.

Do I need a construction loan to build a project with you?
This depends on your finances and type of project.
How long will it take to build a project with you?
This depends on the structure you intend to build. For example, a 50-bed assisted living facility may take 16 months.
How do you handle change requests?
We submit a revision request along with the original scope of work. An additional estimate will be provided. Once agreed upon, the revision will be added to the scope of work and a new project time line will be determined and passed along to you.
